Do I need to use Sales Navigator?
No, you can use Lead Carnival with a free LinkedIn account. However, with Sales Navigator you will have advanced options to create highly targeted lists for even better results!
How many LinkedIn profiles can I manage with Lead Carnival?
As many as you want (depending on the Lead Carnival plan you choose).
How many actions does Lead Carnival take in each profile per day?
LinkedIn limits how many searches you can do, and how many profiles you can view in a day. We set upper bound limits to help keep you under the limit.
How many people do you import from a given search?
While you may be aiming for a search that has thousands of results, LinkedIn will only show you the first 1,000 results. Therefore, we recommend you narrow your searches down to 1,000 people or less, otherwise we’ll just pull in the first 1,000. This is good anyway, as it lets you create more targeted campaigns and messaging.
What happens if the same person ends up in multiple campaigns?
Lead Carnival does its best to keep people from getting put into multiple campaigns under the same LinkedIn account. This is because this is generally undesirable, as it might come across as spammy.
Is Lead Carnival an extension?
No! Lead Carnival works entirely in the cloud and you do not need to install any browser extensions or software on your computer.
Can I cancel the subscription at any moment?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any moment which means that we will not be charging you anymore unless you decide to purchase your subscription again.
Can I add multiple profiles to my account?
You can add multiple profiles to your account instantly by using the upper left plus menu on your account dashboard page.
If I run multiple LinkedIn accounts within Lead Carnival, will they all access LinkedIn from the same IP address?
No. Each account you enable within Lead Carnival is assigned its own dedicated IP address.
Can I manage cold email campaigns?
Yes, you can run LinkedIn and email campaigns with Lead Carnival.
What if I decide to cancel before my trial period is over?
If you cancel prior to the end of your 7-Day Trial, we will not charge your card on file. This service is month-to-month with no long term contract.
